( Everyday Home Recipe)
This vegetable curry is the kind of meal that quietly comes together in everyday homes. It uses simple vegetables, basic spices, and patient cooking. At Two Little Cubs, we believe good food doesn’t need too much—just care and balance.. Our traditional garam masala is made to complement such everyday dishes, adding depth and warmth without taking over the flavour of the curry.

Ingredients
Mixed seasonal vegetables
Onion and tomato
Ginger
Oil or ghee
Salt, turmeric, chilli
Two Little Cubs Traditional Garam Masala
Method
• Wash, peel, and chop the seasonal vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
• Heat oil or ghee in a pan and saute the onions until soft. Add ginger and tomatoes, and cook until the mixture comes together.
• Add the vegetables along with turmeric, chilli powder, salt and a little water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
• Once the curry is fully cooked, lower the flame. Add 1 teaspoon of Two Little Cubs Traditional Garam Masala gently over the curry and mix well.
• Cover the pan and let it rest for a minute before switching off the stove. This allows the aroma to settle naturally into the dish.
Tip
We always add garam masala at the end, after the dish is fully cooked.
This traditional method helps preserve the spice’s natural aroma and prevents bitterness.
